wait, is that one 'art' too?

After our success at the Museum of Natural History yesterday - think of the woolly mammoth that has been frightening kids in Victoria at the RBCM for decades, only a life-sized T-Rex that actually moves, and you get the idea - we wanted to push on with some more sights today.
So Buddy and I headed off to the Tate Modern with the season pass that our generous hosts left for us.
Amazing building and installations, and lucky for us there was a Damien Hirst exhibition on. What with the sharks suspended in formaldehyde, live butterfly room and giant ashtray, I'm confident we're following the grade three art curriculum closely.
After the gallery, we were off to have lunch at a real English pub (a first for me, and I'm pretty sure for Buddy as well) with a bunch of businessmen. Actually, they didn't seem to be eating anything. On the way back to the tube station, we stopped by Electric Avenue - à la Eddy Grant. Lots of tie dye.

Great day. One of the best in a long time.
