We are a family of vegetarians... it's not our fault. Our parents were vegetarian hippies and raised us amongst co-op food buy groups while soaking lentils and making tofu burgers that were really just tofu-in-a-bun. Over the years being vegetarian (which just was what it was) has now developed into a lifestyle. Knowing where our food is grown, the distance it has traveled to our plate, eating local and organic are a part of the culture we live in on the west coast of a giant western country. We love local, quality, homegrown food and wine. Travelling will surely challenge these luxuries and we look forward to learning and tasting more.
